Freight- and delivery information

As a customer to Galoppshopen.se you can choose between two different ways to have your order delivered. You can either pick up your order at one of our partner's or you can pick up you order at the nearest DHL service point.

DHL delivery

Galoppshopen.se use DHL for transport and delivery of orders. By using this delivery option a flat rate shipping fee of SEK 75 (vat incl.) is added to domestic orders. On orders to Denmark or Finland a flat rate shipping fee of SEK 135 is added. For orders to other available EU-countries, please see the table below for shipping rates. Shipping to other countries and regions is available upon request. Please just contact us and we will help you. In the rare case that an order is split into multiple shipments due to back ordered products or similar, no additional shipping fees are applied additional to the ordinary one time flat rate cost. On deliveries outside Sweden we reserve the right to hold the order until all items are in stock if this is expected to be within ten (10) bank days from your order. We always let you know and decide on how to proceed. An e-mail with tracking information is sent when the package leaves our warehouse and once the package is delivered to your closes service point you will receive either an SMS-notification or an e-mail notification to let you know the package is available for pick up. 

Shipping rates within EU and to Norway

Shipping to U.K

Due to Brexit we are now very sorry to say that the administration and handling of customs paperwork have become so inefficient and cumbersome that we can no longer offer delivery to private entities in the U.K. Shipping to Ireland is of course left untouched and is still open. We are very sorry about this and any inconvenience this may cause. If you are a legal entity holding a VAT-registration in the U.K you are welcome to contact us and we can still work out ordering and shipping to you.  

Customs, taxes and other import fees

Deliveries to countries outside EU (including for legal entities in the U.K) may incur custom, handling fees or other taxes. Any such fees are paid locally by the customer and are entirely out of our control. 

Shipping and delivery time

An order is normally delivered to the nearest service point within two (2) working days from the time the package has left our warehouse. For packages outside Sweden the delivery time is mostly between 2-10 days depending on location and is collected at your nearest DHL Parcelshop. Galoppshopen.se normally sends any items available from your order within two (2) working days from time of order. In the rare case that delivery time for some reason is expected to be delayed we will of course contact you to inform you of any such delays.

Pick up at a Galoppshopen.se partner

You have the option to pick up your order at one of our partner locations. Addresses are found below. As soon as your order is available for pick up at a partner location, we let you know that it is ready for you. We are working on expanding our partner network to more locations across the country.
